Purchase of Products in South Africa

When you order a product from the Bili Beadwear website you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to our terms. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

We reserve the right to refuse an order subject to the following reasons:

  1. The product ordered being unavailable (out of stock)
  2. Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
  3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

Prices

Prices are displayed on the website are in South African Rand and are subject to change at any time.

Delivery time

We carry limited quantities of stock otherwise orders are made to order. 

Subject to availability of the item/s ordered, we aim to dispatch within 17 working days of purchase. If the item is readily available it will be dispatched on the following working day. Your order will start processing once we’ve received your payment so the sooner you can send us your proof of payment, the sooner we can get you your chosen pair of straps. We will try our best to expedite those last minute orders!

Our production closes from 15 December until early January therefore any order placed during this time period will be delayed in production until the new year.

Local Delivery

There is no delivery fee added.  We send orders to you throughout South Africa from Monday to Friday, during office hours 9am to 4pm and not on public holidays.

Please allow for 2-3 working days for shipping time once your order has been completed. At dispatch of your parcel, an email recording the tracking number will be sent to you.

Since we cannot take responsibility for an incorrect address being entered while ordering on our website, kindly ensure these important details are correctly reflected. If you complete your order and subsequently notice that the address details are incorrect, please contact us immediately: hello@bilibrawear.com. Delivery is to physical addresses within South Africa only, no P.O. Box addresses will be accepted. We are not liable for any errors made by the courier services company but will do everything in our power to get your order to you swiftly.

Should an order be returned to us due to the postal or courier service not being able to complete the delivery for any reason, the customer will be responsible for repeat delivery costs.
