Returns + Exchanges Policy
We appreciate your investment in our product commitment and we hope to exceed your expectations. This may not always be the case and we will therefore set out to rectify this as soon as possible.
Because our detachable beaded straps are handcrafted, there is a small margin for human error albeit that each item goes through a strict quality control process. Should you receive any beaded item that you are not happy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit for the item.
Products returned must be unused, unworn and undamaged. Please understand that we will be under no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after the receipt of your parcel). Kindly ensure when returning the parcel that the pieces are properly protected.
To complete your exchange, please send us your proof of purchase.
Please accept responsibility for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail to return items as we will not be liable for any items lost in the post.
We regret, no returns or exchanges on international orders received outside of South Africa.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the agreement or rejection of your return.
Once an exchange is approved, we will contact you via email within a reasonable amount of days to process your exchange.
